Head Chef - SK9 5BQ 39.5 Hours Per Week - £30,000 pa

Head Chef at Chilli Banana Wilmslow (reporting to the brand owner)
Starting March/April 2017

This is a one off opportunity to head the team at our award winning Chilli Banana Restaurant in Wilmslow Manchester.

You will be working closely with May Wakefield our Thai Celebrity Chef, whom will develop train and nurture you in the very best of Thai Cuisine (full training given for those with no prior knowledge or experience in Thai food).

This is an exciting opportunity with our growing, progressive company with a number of sites already in the North West.

Commis Chef - Didsbury 40 Hours Per Week - £DOE

As a member of our Kitchen Team, you be supporting the Management Chefs in running and organising the kitchen.

You will be required to take control of your role in the kitchen, from being in charge of your section to helping maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, whilst working together to maximise customer satisfaction.

You will manage a small dedicated team and be working with best quality ingredients serving brilliant tasting authentic Asian dishes in our kitchen.

Proven track record in the delivery of food production to meet targeted GP levels to Brand Standards.

Control over all BOH systems and procedures to Budget.

Compliance with H&S legislation and company codes of practice.
